CIDESCO Training
Students must undergo a course of at least 583 GLH (Guided Learning Hours) / 800 TQT (Total Qualification Time) hours of training in practical and theoretical work in a registered CIDESCO school
CIDESCO Examinations
Upon completing the course, students take the CIDESCO Examination which consists of:
- MCQ examinations
- 3 compulsory MCQ papers (Science, Facial unit, Body unit)
- 1 or 2 optional MCQ papers (Microdermabrasion and or Body massage)
- Practical examination
- Facial unit with massage and facial electrical treatments
- Body unit with body electrical treatments
- Microdermabrasion – optional unit
- Body massage – optional unit
Project with Case Histories
Candidates are required to research and write a Project assignment (2500-4000 words) on a subject relevant to the study of beauty therapy and connected to their Case Histories.
Diploma
The prestigious CIDESCO diploma is awarded to candidates who have passed the CIDESCO examinations.
